Dhraconyx™ — Terms & Privacy

These terms apply to the Dhraconyx screen-translation overlay and its subscription features. RUEZALS.chat is a separate surface with its own house terms. AskRue™ may share a login. Chat is 18+.

Summary. Scout $6 / Ranger $12 / Dhragoon $18 USD a month. Cancel anytime. 72-hour trial on a new machine (final). 24-hour refund on a paid charge. Overlay does nothing until the seat is live. Billing is Stripe live commercial billing in US dollars (USD). Help via the in-app or site support panel only — no public email or phone.

1. What Dhraconyx is

Dhraconyx is a screen overlay under the RUEZALS umbrella. You place a box; we read a picture of that area, OCR/translate as needed, and show the result. It does not open other programs, inject into games, or read other process memory. Needs a live internet path to RUEZALS servers.

Lawful use: You must only capture and send for processing content (including what appears in the capture box, and mic audio if Talk is on) that you have a lawful right to process. Do not use Dhraconyx to invade others’ privacy or break the law.

Freemode Talk (if shipping): F10 Talk targets the window under the cursor for speech-to-text on our servers. Mic remains optional; Read still works without it.

2. Account vs seat

• Account — you (login / identity), the licensee.
• Seat — one computer bound to your licence.
• Seats: Scout 1 · Ranger 2 · Dhragoon 3.
• You may assign seats to computers under your own licence (family / household use as the product allows).
• Not allowed: farming trials, reselling seats, or renting access as a commercial service.

2a. Seat removal

Only the licence owner can release a seat. Use the Seats panel or the cancel page. Release is immediate: that computer loses Dhraconyx™ now, and the slot is free for another machine.

• Billing does not change. The pack or plan still charges the same.
• Nothing is refunded for a released seat.
• The old seat stays on the list as released so an audit can see it.
• A released machine cannot take a seat again until a slot is free.

2b. Affiliate payout

No cash commission. Affiliate payout is product only: one Scout month on first activate, and free Meme Generator in months that hit the quota (3 other people starting the three-day trial with the public handle). Miss quota and free meme is removed.

There is no USD payout, no RueCash cut, and no transfer to Cash App or a bank. If cash is ever paid, the rate will be published on the affiliate page and these terms first.

3. Subscription, trial, and refunds

The language library is whatever the live translator can serve; your tier unlocks the listed number of language slots at a time.

Currency: All subscription and add-on prices are in US dollars (USD).

Trial: 72 hours from registration on that computer. Machine lock is final (no rebuild forgiveness).

Cancel: anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Remaining time is not refunded.

Refunds: 24 hours from the purchase charge, then none. Keep the trial clock (72h) and refund clock (24h) separate.

Payments: Stripe live commercial billing. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Failed payment → translator locks.

3a. How to cancel

Cancel anytime from the Dhraconyx app: open the Account tab and choose Cancel subscription. Confirm in the app, then finish on the cancel page at dhraconyx.ruezals.com/cancel/ (opens in your browser).

• Remaining time in the current paid period is not refunded.
• After you cancel renewal, access continues until the end of the paid period.
• You may cancel the Meme Generator add-on alone (Scout/Ranger paid add-on) and keep the base subscription. Canceling the subscription also ends meme access at period end.
• If you have more than one licence or seat on the account, the cancel page lets you choose which one to cancel or which seat to release.

4. Dormant until activation

No valid key / locked seat = no capture, no translate. By design. Translate and Read require internet and the RUEZALS server.

5. Privacy (product — combined here)

Translate, Read, and Talk

After each job we do not keep conversation text, translated text, or OCR images. Mic Talk (including Freemode F10 Talk, if shipping) uses server faster-whisper; audio is discarded after the job. No local Whisper install. Talk is off until you enable the mic. Speak on/off controls text-to-speech playback. Read still works without a microphone.

What we still keep

We keep account credentials (passwords hashed), seat/computer metadata, IP and approximate region (licence + marketing / language-by-region), language choices, subscription and Stripe billing metadata, and terms acceptance (internal id). Retention of those account/licence records is intentional — we do not claim “nothing to report.”

Memes

Uploads may be stored and moderated. You can delete yours; we may keep a flagged item. Child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery → ban. Meme Generator is included with Dhragoon; Scout and Ranger require the +$3 USD/mo add-on.

Chat / house (RUEZALS.chat)

Separate surface under house terms (https://ruezals.chat/terms.html). Room retention and moderation there do not change the overlay’s no-conversation/OCR-retention-after-job rule. Opening the dining hall from the overlay means chat terms apply for that surface. Chat is 18+. An overlay seat does not admit anyone under 18 into chat.

6. Content

No illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate, harassment, or spam. Capture-box and mic use must stay within the lawful-use rules in §1.

7. Accuracy and limits

Convenience only — not for court, hospital, bank, or professional reliance.

8. Availability

As-is. Needs internet. No invented maintenance windows. Unplanned downtime does not auto-refund.

9. Changes

Material or price changes: 30 days notice. Continued use after notice follows the change-notice path.

10. Governing law

Texas law. Severability intended. Start with the in-app / site support panel for disputes.
